How are the meals delivered?For daycares, 99% of the time, meals are sent in reusable stainless steel tray format. We can however send the food in individual containers if requested.

How do you ensure food is kept hot during delivery ?The food is delivered in thermal insulated boxes which keep meals above 60 degrees for up to 5 hours.

Do you offer full-time service or only for emergency situations?We offer full-time service as well as for emergencies when your cook is on holidays, sick or your kitchen is under renovations.

Can we order only lunch without taking a full meal?Yes, it is possible to order lunch only without having a full meal. You can also opt for two snacks and a serving of fresh fruit.

What are the turnaround times for emergency service?We need to be informed as soon as possible, ideally 24 business hours in advance.

Do we need to give a list of children with allergies and intolerances?Yes, we must have a list of allergies and intolerances to ensure meal safety

Is there an additional fee for substitute meals in case of allergies or intolerances?Yes, there is an additional charge for any substituted meals sent in the event of allergies or intolerances. These meals are sent in compostable containers
